Hotel prices for the LAS SYMPOSIUM:

  • Single room - BRL 350.00 + taxes
  • Double room - BRL 360.00 + taxes
Note: Taxes include 10% service tax + 5% local tax + BRL7 (seven reais) for room city tax. The room city tax will be charged upon your check out.
  1. Room rate is valid for single or double rooms at Superior Room category.
  2. Room rates include breakfast at Hotel Restaurant;
  3. Check-in time starts at 4 pm;
  4. Latest check-out: Midday.

Note: if you do not wish to visit the Angra Nuclear Power Plant on June 25, you can check out on June 24 - the last day of the symposium.

Payment details:

  • First night + service and local taxes will be charged as a guarantee 10 days after reservation is confirmed. Remaining nights and any extra expenses will be paid upon check-out. A confirmation will be emailed to you after registration is processed.

Cancellation policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable in case the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

No show policy:

  • No show will not be refundable.
